What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, email addresses and phone numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained via our online contact form that you fill in when you want to make contact with us.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you but do not share your information with any third party. While our website may log a record of your personal information we do not use it with our email list. Once we have contacted you to answer your enquiry we will not use this information again in anyway except where we believe there is an outstanding reason.

We do not record any sensitive information about you.

Forte Web Design will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
